Digital Delivery Policy

What you receive

• Account access to the Coanda Studio at /app once you sign up.
• AI-generated images, videos, and PDFs created from your prompts and uploaded room photos.
• Monthly subscription credits (Studio / Atelier) or one-off credit packs.

How and when delivery happens

Delivery is automatic, electronic, and effectively instant once you click the relevant button in your account:

• Sign-up — account access is granted immediately after email verification.
• Chat brief — returned within 5 seconds of the request.
• Room recognition — returned within 5 seconds of upload.
• Style renders (six images) — typically within 15 seconds.
• 30 s walkthrough video and 15 s tutorial short — typically within 60 seconds.
• Subscription credits — granted at checkout completion and reset on each billing cycle.
• Credit packs — granted at checkout completion (one-off, valid 12 months).

Where deliverables live

All AI outputs are stored in your account at coandaconsultiing.com/app, available for download as MP4 (videos) or PDF (plans). Source content (your photos and prompts) is retained for 30 days unless you delete it sooner via the in-app Delete account button or by emailing support@coandaconsultiing.com.

Prerequisites and your responsibilities

• A modern browser (Chrome 111+, Edge 111+, Firefox 111+, Safari 16.4+).
• A stable internet connection — most steps require an upload or download.
• A valid payment method on file for paid plans.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up deliverables you wish to keep beyond the 30-day retention window.

Delivery failures

If a generation fails on our side, we automatically refund the credits charged for the failed step and surface an error in-app. If a delivery never appears in your account within 10 minutes of a successful charge, contact us at support@coandaconsultiing.com. We aim to investigate within one business day.

Cancellation and continued access

When you cancel a subscription you keep access through the end of the current billing period. After that, your account becomes a free Sketch plan; previously generated assets remain available for the 30-day retention window. See the Refund Policy for monetary terms.

Right of withdrawal (UK / EU consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content is waived once supply has begun with your express consent — i.e. as soon as you start a generation, that step is non-cancellable. Unused portions of credit packs remain refundable within 14 days, in line with the Refund Policy.
