Acceptance

By using Coanda at coandaconsultiing.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Coanda provides an AI-powered service combining chat, image, and video capabilities for interior design previews and renovation walkthroughs. Features may change.

Account

  • You must be 13 or older. Users 13–17 must have guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • One account per person; no account sharing or resale.

Subscriptions and Walkthrough Quota

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • Each plan includes a fixed number of walkthrough videos per month (Sketch 1, Studio 10, Atelier 200).
  • Unused walkthroughs do not roll over and the quota resets on each renewal date.
  • Chat briefs, room recognition, and style renders are included with every plan with no per-action quota.
  • Walkthrough quota is a service usage unit, not currency; non-transferable and not redeemable.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Refunds

Intellectual Property

  • We own the Service, our branding, and all underlying technology.
  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You own AI outputs you generate, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver outputs (see Content License).

AI Disclaimer

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime in account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, COANDA CONSULTING LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at COANDA CONSULTING LIMITED's registered jurisdiction (Scotland, United Kingdom), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
