Refund Policy

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime in the Billing Portal.
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Credit Packs

• Unused credits from a purchased pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable.

Bonus / Granted Credits

Credits granted free (promotions, referrals, goodwill compensation) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

AI Output Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with AI output quality (render, walkthrough video, or tutorial video), contact support@coandaconsultiing.com. At our discretion we may re-run the generation or grant compensatory credits. We do not offer unconditional refunds for AI outputs.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@coandaconsultiing.com with: account email, order ID or charge date, reason for refund. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Disputes filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension pending investigation.
